Novo Property Management Limited was established in August 2020, and currently has seven housing cooperatives: Darent, Iroko, Mulberry, Southward, Whitworth and Westminster Housing Co-operatives.
We serve local communities with personal, and skilled housing management & maintenance services and assist co-op members retain sovereignty by offering tailor made packages.

Maria McCarron from Novo Properties has worked with WHC since 2014 first with rents and housing management, then from 2018-2021 providing Management Committee training on committee skills including effective staff management and action for rent arrears.
