About Novo Property Management
Novo Property Management Limited is registered with Companies House as a Limited Company. We’re members of the Confederation of Co-operative Housing.
Novo Property Management was established in August 2020, and currently has six housing cooperatives: Craymill, Iroko, Mulberry, Southward, Whitworth and Westminster Housing Co-operatives.
Novo PM’s services are geared towards the needs of the co-operative housing sector, although we manage residential property for all kinds of landlords.
Meet our team
Maria McCarron
Founding Director
Maria, the founding director, is a housing professional and a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. She has been working in the housing sector since 1989, she has previously worked at CDS Co-operatives as the Housing Services Manager and MBM Co-operative Services LTD as a Co-founding Director.
Maria has experience at senior management level in housing associations & local authorities, managing housing departments which provided services to tenants and client housing co-operatives.
Katherine Webster
Client Services Officer
Katherine joined the company in May 2025 and is a client services officer. She came to us form a background of local authority (London Borough of Southwark) and housing association (Amicus Horizon). Katherine brings experience of dealing with homelessness, allocations, housing management and repairs and maintenance.
We are pleased to welcome Katherine to the team and excited for the services and support she can provide for our co-operatives.
Becky Lockwood
Administrator
Becky joined the company in May 2021 as an administrator. She came to us from a customer service/publishing and financial background and is using these skills to provide support and assistance to our client co-operatives, via bookkeeping, payment of invoices, rent accounting and collection.
