The Co-op’s want you to enjoy living in your home and make the necessary investment to ensure your residence
is at least the Decent Homes standard.
Your landlord is happy to listen if you’re thinking about making alterations to your home. in the
first place you should contact your co-operative’s management committee to tell them what your
plans are as you need the Committee’s permission to carry out alterations BEFORE starting any
works.
Please write in or email your co-op secretary giving:
- Your name and address.
- A brief description of the works you would like to carry out.
